Do you dream of shaping the future of quantum networking? We’re searching for a passionate DevOps engineer to join our groundbreaking team building software for next-generation quantum networking devices.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in streamlining our development process, from building efficient pipelines to smooth deployments and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with our software developers and scientists, constantly seeking ways to improve how we work and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be working on:
- Building the future: Craft and implement new tools and infrastructure that will power our development process.
- Automation champion: Work tirelessly to automate and streamline how we develop and release our software.
- Bridge between teams: Ensure smooth collaboration between developers and engineers, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Deployment hero: Be the hero behind the scenes, deploying updates and fixes to keep our systems running flawlessly.
We understand you might not be a quantum expert – that’s okay, we’ll fill you in on the fascinating world of quantum technologies. What truly matters is your passion for innovation, your problem-solving skills, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
We think our ideal candidate has:
- Experience as a DevOps engineer or a similar software engineering role.
- Proficiency with Git, GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and a strong understanding of development and IT infrastructure.
- Proven track record of deploying products, software, and fixes.
- Familiarity with Docker, Linux administration, BitBucket, and Jira is a plus.
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field is preferred.
- The ability to work independently and be comfortable in a startup environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of computer hardware
- Experience with networking and network devices
